Anyone who wants can display at Guitar Show Denmark . There are no entry requirements or conditions.
You can register online in one of the following four categories:

IMPORTING - MANUFACTURING, etc.

For all companies in the music industry that do not have retail sales.
Also applies to companies in other industries that want to exhibit.

In this category, only floor atrea (m2) can be selected. Tables can be ordered for the stall.

RETAIL - LUTHIER - REPAIR, ETC.

If you are professionally, or semi-professionally involved in buying, selling, repairing, or related business within the music industry, you must register in this category.

In this category, you can choose floor area (m2) or one or more tables. You must select which before you can proceed in the sign-up process.

VINTAGE DEALER

At least 60% of your exhibits should meet the Vintage norms. If your displays do not meet this condition, you'll must sign up as retail. Second hand only inventory is not allowed in this category.

In this category, you can choose floor area (m2) or one or more tables. You must select which before you can proceed in the sign-up process.

PRIVATE EXHIBITOR

You can only exhibit in this category if you are not registered for VAT.
If your guitar interest is a hobby, you are a collector, geek etc. – this category is for you.

In this category, you can choose from 1 to max. 3 tables. You cannot select the area.

To see prices on stands, use the registration form. Click sign-up.

Here you first select which category you belong to and click further.
On the next page you have an overview of all stands. Only the stands in the category you have selected are active (clickable). Greens are vacant.

When you click on a green stall, the price appears below the exhibition map. Click again to delete. 

Stalls in other categories are red (not clickable) but may be sold.

IMPORTANT – you won't sign up until you complete the form and click the "Register" button on the last one.

Østerbrohuset
Aarhusgade 103, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.

Between Strandboulevarden and Kalkbrænderihavnsgade. A few hundred meters from Nordhavn station.

Østerbrohuset is a cultural centre under the Municipality of Copenhagen.
A former tram strap that has been thoroughly renovated, so the house now appears as a modern cultural centre with good facilities. The place is distinguished by having excellent acoustic conditions, something that is of great importance to a music exhibition.

The exhibition venue is open for installation from Friday at 12:00, and Saturday from 7:00 to 9:30
Lineup must be completed by 9:30 a.m.

About a week before the event, you will be sent information about the time interval at which you have load-in. (load-in Friday only)

The exhibition is open to the public:
Saturday - 10:00 to 18:00
Sunday - 10:00 to 17:00
